Paul Ferguson has one selection for us on Wednesday; Dicosimo in the Limerick 12:35. Compare odds and bet.
It has been a case of normal service being resumed over in Ireland, with Willie Mullins saddling no fewer than 12 winners over the past two days, three of which coming in Grade 1s and two in Grade 2s.
The all-conquering trainer runs no fewer than 18 horses this afternoon, with the likes of Vroum Vroum Mag, Djakadam and Bleu Et Rouge all leading contenders at Leopardstown.
His standout chance, however, appears to come from Limerick, in the shape of smart hurdler DICOSIMO (12:35) who can make a winning debut over fences.
The five-year-old won impressively on this card 12 months ago (on his reappearance) and should have too much pace for main market rival Stone Hard. He might be a short price, but I expected him to be a fair bit shorter than his overnight odds of 5/4 as there doesn’t appear too much depth to the race.
Wednesday’s selection:
