PERSIAN DELIGHT (12:20) split a pair of subsequent winners when runner-up over course-and-distance in late-October and a reproduction of that form should be good enough in Chepstow’s opener.
Paul Nicholls’ six-year-old was a very promising bumper horse the season before last and clearly retains plenty of ability.
In the same contest The Worlds End looks the one that could be slightly over-priced in the market, possibly due to a rather disappointing third on debut, when he failed to jump with any fluency. He won a bumper here and could easily give the selection something to think about.
