Paul Ferguson has one selection for us on Thursday; Westend Story in the Warwick 12:50. Compare odds and bet.
Warwick stages a really good card this afternoon and the second race, a maiden hurdle over 2m5f, is no exception.
There are a couple of interesting ex-pointers among the 18 strong field, while Dawn Missile was a pretty smart handicapper on the Flat.
But, the pair to focus on look to be Willoughby Court and WESTEND STORY (12:50) who both bring decent bumper form to the table.
The former, a course winner, finished fifth at Aintree and should strip fitter for his reappearance at Market Rasen, while the latter won twice on soft ground before finishing fifth in the Champion Bumper.
Admittedly, that race isn’t working out quite as well as I expected, but the selection had looked really good at Huntingdon and Exeter, and is fancied to make a winning debut.
Thursday’s selection:
12:50 Warwick – Westend Story; 4/1 bet365
