Paul Ferguson has one selection for us on Monday; Camlann in the Galway 17:45. Compare odds and bet.
A winner on the Flat at Fairyhouse last month Camlann (5:45) can get off the mark over hurdles, in a competitive looking Easyfix Handicap Hurdle on the opening day of the Galway Festival.
Shark Hanlon’s five-year-old has caught the eye on more than one occasion and it was pleasing to see him finally win a race under either code. The Cape Cross gelding remains a horse of some interest off his current mark and this has probably been the aim for some time, even before his recent success on the level.
The selection opened up 7-1 with Bet365, for all of three minutes, on Sunday evening and was trading around 7-2 at the time of writing.
Monday’s selection:
5:45 Galway: Camlann; 7/2 betvictor
