Paul Ferguson has one selection for us on Monday; Arbor Des Champs in the Killarney 20:50. Compare odds and bet.
Killarney stages a decent mixed card on Monday evening, where Screaming Rose looks an exciting recruit, and one to note going forward, in the mares’ maiden hurdle.
She will be priced up accordingly, however, so the selection comes in a competitive looking bumper that concludes the card. Wide-margin Roscommon winner Derrygereen Girl is much respected, but Arbor Des Champs (8:50) looked a really smart prospect when winning at Tramore last month, and she gets the nod.
Emmet Mullins’ Robin Des Champs mare finished third to Theatre Wine (since joined Gordon Elliott) in heavy ground at Wexford, but stepped forward considerably on good ground last time, travelling really strongly and looking the winner a long way from home. The selection opened up 7-4 on Sunday evening.
Monday’s selection:
8:50 Killarney: Arbor Des Champs; 7/4 bet365
