A bumper winner at the second time of asking Stamp Your Feet (5:05) has since been bought by owner JP McManus and he can make a winning start in the famous green and gold hoops at Stratford on Sunday.
The Galileo gelding finished third to the potentially smart Happy Hollow on debut, before running out a taking 6-length winner at Fontwell and, given that he has proven himself on a quick surface, conditions ought to be right for this hurdling debut.
Up at Perth Tyrrell’s Success (5:20) sets a decent standard in the concluding bumper and he is taken to follow up under his penalty.
A course-and-distance winner here back in April, the five-year-old made all to beat Imperial Eloquence (looked useful on debut) and subsequent Hexham winner Mr Monochrome (won by 15 lengths next time out). Twice a runner-up in point-to-points, he looks capable of making it two from two under Richard Johnson.
