Paul Ferguson has one selection for us on Sunday; Galizzi in the Goodwood 15:30. Compare odds and bet.
Last seen finishing down the field in the Ladbroke Hurdle at Ascot in December Galizzi (3:30) returns to action on the Flat this afternoon, having switched to the Charlie Appleby stable, following the dispersal of Bloomfields and the John Ferguson yard.
The Dansili gelding was a useful middle-distance handicapper when trained by Michael Bell and he returns on a mark of 88; when you consider he finished sixth off 90 in a really hot Ascot handicap in September ‘14, he looks potentially well treated.
The step up to 2m could bring about some improvement and the five-year-old is fancied to make a winning debut in the royal blue silks of Godolphin.
