Tom George’s horses continue to run well and DOUBLE SHUFFLE (3:45) can be expected to go well in the feature at Ayr on Friday.
Third in the novices’ handicap chase at the Cheltenham Festival, the six-year-old had earlier won a shade cosily at Ludlow, having shaped well in a couple of Cheltenham novices earlier in the season.
Up 3lbs for that latest effort, he is marginally preferred to fellow novice Full Shift, who also shaped well in a festival handicap last time.
