All eyes will be on Douvan and Faugheen at Leopardstown on Sunday and it could well be another red-letter day for Willie Mullins, who bids for a fifth straight win in the Grade 2 novice hurdle with A Toi Phil (1:20) who impressed when scoring here on Boxing Day.
The six-year-old moved stylishly before knuckling down to fend off Don’t Touch It (runs in the opening maiden hurdle, but will probably be a very short price) and looks capable of taking the step up in class in his stride.
