Paul Ferguson has two selections for us on Wednesday; Board Of Trade in the Fontwell 2:25 and Always Lion in the Worcester 17:05. Compare odds and bet.
Ben Pauling has a nice bunch of novice hurdlers to go to war with this season and ALWAYS LION (5:05) can make a winning debut at Worcester this afternoon.
A bumper winner at this track on debut, the five-year-old was placed in a couple of decent events before finishing down the pack in the Champion Bumper. He is fancied to land division one of the maiden hurdle.
Another hurdling debutant to note is BOARD OF TRADE (2:25) who runs in the opener at Fontwell.
A dual bumper winner last term, the four-year-old looks a speedy type and was well supported (5/2 into around 5/4) before being pulled out last week.
The chestnut reportedly needs a decent surface and can provide the in-form Alan King with another winner. The unknown quantity is the Paul Nicholls trained Mr Mix, who finished third at Auteuil, but King has his horses in fine form and Board Of Trade can maintain his unbeaten record.
Wednesday’s selections:
2:25 Fontwell – Board Of Trade; 2/1 bet365
