Paul Ferguson has one selection for us on Thursday; Aminabad in the Tramore 20:10. Compare odds and bet.
The concluding 2m lady riders’ maiden at Tramore on Thursday evening looks a reasonable contest, but Aminabad (8:10) was a smart bumper performer and Willie Mullins’ runner is fancied to strike under Katie Walsh.
The five-year-old won twice from three starts in bumpers, including a Listed contest at Limerick back in March of last year. He has won just the twice from seven starts over timber, but the Singspiel gelding isn’t the biggest and might not find jumping as easy as connections would have hoped. With no hurdles in his way, he can be expected to take the beating, despite the fact he would probably prefer the ground a little softer.
Thursday’s selection:
8:10 Tramore: Aminabad; 7/4 bet365
