Paul Ferguson has one selection for us on Tuesday; Shanahan’s Turn in the Killarney 20:00. Compare odds and bet.
Despite carrying top weight and returning from a 74-day lay-off SHANAHAN’S TURN (20:00) is fancied to go well in Killarney’s Bourn Vincent Memorial Handicap Chase.
Henry De Bromhead’s seven-year-old made the perfect start to his chasing career last season, winning his first two. The wheels came off in better class on soft ground on his next two starts, before he fell at the Punchestown Festival.
The imposing son of Indian Danehill will appreciate tonight’s better ground and, with Johnny Burke opting to ride Sizing Solution, Barry Geraghty takes over in the saddle.
He remains on a decent mark, if recapturing his early season novice form.
Tuesday’s selection:
20:00 Killarney – Shanahan’s Turn; 8/1 Paddy Power
