Paul Ferguson has one selection for us on Monday; Looking Well in the Kelso 15:00. Compare odds and bet.
After opening his account over hurdles in a decent novice event at Newcastle last month LOOKING WELL (3:00) has been given a chance by the handicapper on an opening mark of 120.
Nicky Richards’ Perth bumper winner should have little trouble stepping back up in trip and, with the drying ground unlikely to an issue, the son of Gold Well can strike at Kelso this afternoon.
The selection was trading at 3/1 overnight, to land the first division of the Langdale Bloodstock Handicap Hurdle. The six-year-old did disappoint here earlier in the season, but that run was too bad to be true and his trainer has saddled more winners at this track than any other in the past four seasons.
Monday’s selection:
3:00 Kelso – Looking Well; 3/1 bet365
