Paul Ferguson has one selection for us on Sunday; Our Kaempfer in the Market Rasen 13:35. Compare odds and bet.
The highlight on Sunday is likely to be the Grade 2 Flyingbolt Novice Chase, in which Gilgamboa can give 6lbs to Real Steel and book his place to Cheltenham under Mark Walsh.
The seven-year-old is likely to be pretty short, however, so the day’s selection comes in the shape of Our Kaempfer (1:35) in the opener at Market Rasen.
Charlie Longsdon’s imposing son of Oscar was a smart performer in bumpers last term and, after racing far too freely on his hurdles debut at Ascot in November, he shaped with more promise behind Saint Charles (races at Ascot on Saturday) at Doncaster last month.
He will need to settle better now he goes up in trip, but he looked like he was getting the hang of things last time and can continue his progression, with Noel Fehily taking over in the saddle.
Sunday’s selection:
1:35 Market Rasen: Our Kaempfer; 7/4 Skybet
