Live on Sky Sports 4: Thu 03:00: Angus Loughran previews the HSBC Champions Tournament and the Sanderson Farms Championship.
Justin Rose heads the market at 11/1 for this week’s HSBC Champions event in Shangai and should go well but Sergio Garcia looks better value at 16/1.
The Spaniard, who finished fourth here last year, is in decent form while he also recorded a victory on this course six years ago and can look back on 2014 as one of his finest seasons.
Making his debut here, Jordan Speith looks overpriced at 35/1 and fellow young American Patrick Reed will also have his followers at a tasty 50/1 in what looks a stong field for this exciting event.
In America the Sanderson Farms Championship in Mississippi looks a tricky puzzle with Nick Watney the 20/1 market leader but it’s Daniel Summerhays that catches my eye at 40/1. He was beaten in a three-way play-off last year in this event and looks overpriced in a wide-open heat.
It’s a course that suits an experienced player and does not require huge length off the tee so David Toms looks too big at 50/1 to come out on top.
Good luck
Angus Loughran
