Having finally got over the line on Sunday to deny Ritchie Ramsay, Oliver Wilson at 90/1 is over the odds to follow up his shock St Andrews success in this week’s Portugal Masters while Chris Wood is playing far better golf than his form figures suggest and at 45/1 with Betfred is well worth an interest.
Robert Karlsson and Ritchie Ramsay are the other two i like here at 28/1 and 30/1 respectively in what looks a really open event.
The new PGA Tour season gets under way this week with Frys.com Open in California and Jimmy Walker is 14/1 market leader to retain his title along with Matt Kuchar.
Lee Westwood is a 45/1 chance here while I fancy Brooks Koepka at 28/1 and outsider Jeff Overton who, like Oliver Wilson until last week, had never won but is a huge 140/1 to finally break his duck this week.
