Paul Ferguson has one selection for us on Wednesday; Fair Loch in the Wetherby 15:25. Compare odds and bet.
Despite remaining a maiden over hurdles Fair Loch (3:25) showed promise on more than one occasion in novice company last season and looks just the sort to appreciate a strongly run race.
Admittedly, he was slightly disappointing on his handicap debut at Ayr back in April, but the grey, who won a Catterick bumper in February last year (after 9 months off, so clearly goes well fresh), remains of interest and looks worthy of each-way support. The selection opened up 12-1 with a couple of firms on Tuesday evening.
Later on the card, the 2m4f novice hurdle looks a decent contest, with Fort Worth and Lady Buttons both looking useful in bumpers last term, particularly the former, though the ground is a complete unknown, so the race is best watched.
