Coral have cut Tottenham from 8/11 to 8/15 to finish in the Premier League’s top four after their dramatic victory over West Ham at Upton Park.
Spurs were trailing 2-1 at one stage, but goals from Gylfi Sigurdsson and a stunning last minute strike from man-of-the-moment Gareth Bale ensured the points would be going to North London.
The win carried Andre Villas-Boas’ charges into third place, two points above Chelsea and four ahead of neighbours Arsenal, who they face at White Hart Lane on Sunday. Coral make Tottenham 2/1 to finish above both of those London rivals.
In-form Gareth Bale meanwhile, has now struck six times in four Premier League outings to take his tally for the season to an impressive 19 and Coral make the Welsh wizard 5/6 to depart the club in the summer transfer window.
“Gareth Bale has been inspirational for Tottenham this season and with the 23-year-old playing some scintillating football, it wouldn’t be a shock to see a number of Europe’s top clubs come calling during the summer transfer window,” Coral’s Tim Reynolds told Betrescue.com.
“It’s hard to imagine though that Tottenham would let Bale leave, but with the Welshman likely to attract a huge transfer fee, the North-London club could struggle to keep hold of their man,” added Reynolds.
