Weds 19.45: Bradford are evens (bet365) to recover from their Wembley loss by beating Dagenham in League Two.
Bradford City’s remarkable run in the Capital One Cup culminated in a heavy defeat at Wembley on Sunday as they were beaten 5-0 by Swansea but the Bantams certainly needn’t be downhearted, especially as attention can now switch to getting their play-off bid back on track.
Phil Parkinson’s team have games in hand on the teams above them but they’ll need to put a strong run together between now and the end of the campaign if they are to finish in the top seven and at evens (bet365) they can start as they mean to go on by seeing off Dagenham at Valley Parade.
The Daggers tend to struggle on the road and have also lost eight of their last dozen matches so they don’t arrive in the best of shape. Recent defeats however have been narrow and so Bradford look well placed to shade it by one, an outcome Ladbrokes price at 3/1, while BetVictor rate them at 9/1 to register a 2-1 success.
