Manchester City are Ladbrokes’ 7/2 favourites to lift the FA Cup after they easily booked their place in the fourth round at Watford’s expense.
Roberto Mancini’s men will face Crystal Palace or Stoke in their next match following the 3-0 victory over the Hornets at the Etihad Stadium and bookies are confident that City can negotiate that tie relatively comfortably.
Neighbours Manchester United are a slightly longer 4/1 at Ladbrokes after they were held to a draw at West Ham and holders Chelsea, who eased past Southampton are a 9/2 chance at the same firm.
Meanwhile, Arsenal face a replay against Swansea after Danny Graham’s late leveller secured a draw for Michael Laudrup’s men and the Gunners are subsequently 10/1 (Ladbrokes) to pick up their first trophy since 2005.
Alternatively, it’s a 5/1 shot that Arsenal’s lack of silverware continues until 2020.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes told Betrescue: “City will be desperate to get their hands on at least one trophy this season and we can’t see them slipping up against Palace or Stoke.”
