Tues 19.45 & 20.00: Blackpool are 21/20 (Coral) to beat Birmingham in the Championship, where Brighton and Charlton can also win.
Since Michael Appleton took over from Ian Holloway as Blackpool boss, the Seasiders have registered three draws but the former Portsmouth can register his first victory as Birmingham visit Bloomfield Road.
The Blues have been pretty inconsistent all season and they arrive at the seaside on the back of a couple of 3-2 defeats. The hosts are also lower than they would like in the table but with Appleton seemingly starting to bed-in in his new role, it seems like a victory is just around the corner. At 21/20 via Coral, Blackpool can get it at the expense of Lee Clark’s side.
A last-gasp Bolton leveller denied Brighton a victory at the weekend but the Seagulls can ensure they get over the finish line as they entertain struggling Bristol City.
Admittedly the Robins picked up an away success at high-flying Middlesbrough last time out but they’re unlikely to repeat the feat at the Amex Stadium, where Gus Poyet’s troops are 8/13 with Betfred.
Similarly, Charlton were also pegged back late in the day on Saturday and like Brighton, the Addicks can make sure of the victory against rock-bottom Peterborough, a result Ladbrokes offer at 4/5.
