Frankel notched a twelth straight win today at Goodwood and is now 1/16 with Coral in the Juddmonte Intl and 1/5 in the Champion Stakes.
“As expected Frankel was sent off a red-hot 1-20 favourite for the Qipco Sussex Stakes, and his few backers – and his legions of fans – never had a moment’s worry as he extended his unbeaten record to twelve with consumate ease,” said Coral’s David Stevens.
“If York his is next target, we do not envisage it being thirteenth time unlucky, and make him long odds-on for that race and indeed the Qipco Champion Stakes, as the step up in trip is unlikely to halt his progress,” added Stevens.
An earlier and popular winner at the Sussex track, Olympic Glory, is 20/1 (from 25/1) with Coral for next year’s Qipco 2,000 Guineas.
“There could be no more topical winner than Olympic Glory, and the two-year-old duly obliged in the midst of London 2012,” said Coral’s David Stevens.
