Meandre has been quoted up at 16/1 by Coral to win the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe following a victory in the Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud.
Last year’s Arc winner, Danedream, finished last and drifts to 14/1 (from 10/1) for a repeat win.
At home, Coral have trimmed William Buick to 7/1 (from 8’s) for the Flat Jockey’s championship, while Ryan Moore is 4/7 fav.
“With five winners apiece, both Ryan Moore and William Buick enjoyed a great Royal meeting, and the same pair could well fight out the season-long title race, although the numerical strength of the Richard Hannon team means Richard Hughes cannot be ruled out, despite the pair drawing a blank at Ascot,” said Coral’s David Stevens.
