Ladbrokes make Ronnie O’Sullivan 13/2 to secure back-to-back World Snooker Championship crowns after his fourth title.
The Rocket triumphed 18-11 over Ali Carter to bag his first Crucible success since 2008 and the ‘Magic Sign’ were quick to put the 36-year-old to the head of the betting for next year’s tournament ahead of 7/1 shot Judd Trump.
Ladbrokes also make O’Sullivan 16/1 to surpass the now retired Stephen Hendry’s record of seven Sheffield victories and Jessica Bridge from the firm, told Betrescue, “As long as The Rocket returns to the game after his break we see him as the only man to beat Hendry’s incredible record. Judd Trump may be rising through the ranks but Ronnie’s still the hottest ticket in town.”
