Norwich boss, Paul Lambert, is the 13-8 favourite for the vacant job, with Martinez the 7-2 third favourite.
“It’s the annual manager-go-round, and with Lambert and Martinez tipped up for every vacancy recently, punters have gone way out on a limb by backing an outsider,” said Coral spokesman Gary Burton. “He was cut first thing this morning and has been constantly nibbled at throughout the day.”
