Stan James cannot split 10/1 joint favs Junior and Synchronised for the Grand National after Prince De Beauchene was ruled out.
Stan James’s Rory Jiwani says, “Junior and Synchronised were both cut to 10/1 joint-favourites after antepost favourite Prince De Beauchene’s withdrawal. There has been plenty of money for Synchronised’s stablemate Sunnyhillboy who is now 11/1 having been 16/1 this morning.
“The biggest move has been for Cappa Bleu with Evan Williams’ charge cut from 20/1 to 12/1, the same price as last year’s hero Ballabriggs. Chicago Grey has also been the subject of support after an upbeat bulletin from trainer Gordon Elliot. The Cheltenham Festival winner is now 14/1 from 20/1 for the National. Seabass is also 14/1 from 20/1 with Ruby Walsh likely to take the ride for his father Ted after Prince De Beauchene’s injury.”
