Weds 19.45: St Johnstone are 9/5 with William Hill to pick up a three-point haul at Inverness Caledonian Thistle in the SPL.
St Johnstone have the opportunity to move in to fourth in the SPL as they head to Inverness but bookies are unsure as to whether Steve Lomas will pick up all three points and indeed some firms can’t separate the sides, Paddy Power for example pricing both at 13/8.
BetVictor however, offer 17/10 for a home win while William Hill chalk 9/5 against a Saints success and the latter possesses plenty of appeal given the visitors’ impressive away record. St Johnstone are on a decent run at the moment and have won seven of their 15 fixtures on the road, up against just two defeats while Caley Thistle’s form, prior to Saturday’s triumph at Aberdeen, was nothing to write home about.
Lomas’ charges get the nod then and in a potentially tight affair, they’re decent value at 4/1 with Ladbrokes to sneak it by a one-goal margin.
