Coral are fearing an opening day treble at Cheltenham of Sprinter Sacre (4/6), Hurricane Flr (8/11) and Quevega (1/2) – paying 10/3
The races at Cheltenham next week looked a little more complete following the latest entry stages today. Sprinter Sacre, 4/6 for the Racing Post Arkle, Hurricane Fly, 8/11 in the Champion Hurdle, and Quevega, shortest at 1/2 for a fourth win in the David Nicholson Mares’ Hurdle, are amongst the hot favourites for the opening day on Tuesday.
A treble of those three pays 10/3 with Coral.
“The fate of these three runners will set the tone for the entire week, if they all win punters will be on the front foot and look to inflict further pain on the layers with the the likes of Sizing Europe and Big Buck’s,” said Coral’s David Stevens.
“However, if the first day treble is scuppered, we will fancy taking on the other supposed good things in the week, but either way, it promises to be an exciting start to the biggest betting week of the racing year,” added Stevens.
