A trio of League Two promotion chasers look set to pick up victories this weekend and the three are 10/3 with Coral to all prevail.
League Two leaders Southend ran out 5-2 winners at struggling Northampton last week to take their recent tally to ten points from a last available dozen but as the Shrimpers head to high-flying Shrewsbury this weekend, they’re perhaps worth avoiding from a betting perspective, especially as the hosts remain unbeaten on their own patch. A trio of Southend’s promotion rivals however, should pick up vital wins.
Second-placed Cheltenham have an excellent record at Whaddon Road this season, having won nine out of 13 and they’re 4/5 with Coral to pick up a tenth home victory of the campaign as they host patchy Bristol Rovers.
Buoyant Swindon are in a rich vein of form and can count Premiership Wigan amongst their recent victims, so the Robins, at 2/5 via Ladbrokes, should have too much for a Macclesfield side whose last away match in the league ended in a 4-0 defeat to Accrington.
Finally, Crawley in third, have drawn their last three on the road but they have generally been pretty solid on their travels this term and can pick up a sixth away win of the season as they visit struggling Plymouth, a result Betfred quote at 8/11.
The three sides meanwhile, combine in a mouth watering treble at odds of 10/3 (Coral).
