Betfred have installed Hold On Julio as the 9/2 market leader in the Skybet Chase after 23 horses were left in the latest declarations.
Hold On Julio was impressive when winning at Sandown and is followed in the betting by Aiteen Thirtythree and Shakalakaboomboom at 8/1.
“Hold On Julio has been extremely progressive under rules since switching from point-to-points and his victory at Sandown last time out suggested he could still be well-handicapped,” said Betfred spokesman George Primarolo.
Looking ahead to Saturday’s Boylesports.com Hurdle, Scottish Boogie has been trimmed at the head of the market and is now the 11/2 favourite (from 13/2).
