MK Dons, Bury and Sheffield United combine at odds of 6/1 with Blue Square in a tasty League One treble this weekend.
Fourth-placed MK Dons are unbeaten in nine outings on home soil and although five of those matches have ended all square, Karl Robinson’s men look like a banker to pick up maximum points on their own patch as they host struggling Wycombe.
Stan James price the Dons at 8/15 to pick up a fourth straight League One triumph and buoyed by an emphatic 5-1 success at Colchester last time out they’re impossible to oppose against a struggling Chairboys side with just one point to their name from the last available 15.
On a worse run than Wycombe are Preston, who have lost seven of their last eight in the league and things can go from bad to worse for North End this weekend, as they visit Bury. The Shakers have carded consecutive away wins to move into the comfort of mid-table and they’re 7/5 (Skybet) to pile more misery on Phil Brown’s men.
Rock-bottom Chesterfield meanwhile, just can’t stop conceding goals and that could be their undoing in the derby clash against Sheffield United at the b2net Stadium. The promotion-chasing Blades are 11/10 (Stan James) to build on Saturday’s triumph against Carlisle and with Ched Evans finding the net regularly, United should have too much in attack for the hosts’ brittle rearguard.
Subsequently bet365’s 7/4 for an away win combined with a match tally of three or more goals catches the eye and Danny Wilson’s men return at better than 6/1 with Blue Square in a treble alongside Bury and MK Dons.
