Live on BBC1: Sat & Sun 13.00: Skybet are 5/1 that Sebastien Vettel can clean up in Abu Dhabi with pole position, fastest lap and the race win.
Sebastien Vettel is gunning for a 3rd straight win at the Abu Dhabi GP and at 5/6 with Betfred, looks set to win yet another race. Ladbrokes have him down at just 8/15 to gain pole position while Lewis Hamilton is his closest challenger for pole at 9/2 (Stan James).
In 2009, Vettel was beaten to pole by Hamilton but won the race and set a fastest lap whilst doing it. In 2010, Vettel reached pole and won the race but Hamilton pipped him for the fastest laptime and so this year, Skybet offer a tempting 5/1 that Vettel will get it right on all three fronts – certainly a good price given his dominance and something he achieved just last time out in India. Should you be wary of the laptimes, Hamilton is 7/2 with Paddy Power to take that honour and coupled with the ‘Vettel treble’, could have you nicely covered.
Button is close to coming in 2nd in the championships and is now just 7/20 with Sportingbet to do so while the same firm make him 11/2 to grab a win in Abu Dhabi. Fernando Alonso really needs get in on the points to stay in the hunt for 2nd; Ladbrokes going 8/1 for the Spaniard to win and Coral are evens he can make the podium.
