Paul Ferguson gets us underway this week with one selection from Yarmouth; Shaleek in the 1.40 opener Compare odds.
Another quiet Monday, but Shaleek (1:40) sets a good standard in Yarmouth’s opener and should be good enough to score for Roger Varian and Neil Callan.
The Pivotal filly went down by just a head on debut over course-and-distance a month ago, when she finished off really strongly against a smooth travelling winner from the Sir Michael Stoute stable.
A reproduction of that could be good enough, though there is every chance she will have improved a fair bit (was inexperienced mid-race) and she can record a fourth success from just 10 runners at the track for the rookie trainer.
Monday’s selection:
1:40 Yarmouth Shaleek
