Following an incident-heavy spell in New Zealand, it’s also 3/1 that another England player gets fined by an official body and 4/1 a player is cited by a disciplinary commission.
In terms of cards in their remaining games, it’s 11/8 for zero, 6/4 for one and 25/1 four or more players get their marching orders.
Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes said: “There now seems to be an extra onus on England to stay out of trouble. The odds suggest they will now keep it clean on and off the field for the remainder of the tournament.”
