William Hill make Scotland 50/1 outsiders to qualify for Euro 2012 after the disappointment of conceding ‘the penalty that never was’ to the Czechs who were able to equalise as a result.
‘Had the penalty not been given and Scotland won the game 2-1 we’d have been quoting them at 3/1 to make it to the Euro 2012 finals, instead they are now 50/1 no-hopers because of the penalty that never was’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.
Looking a little further ahead Hills make Scotland 11/4 to qualify for the next World Cup, but 1/4 not to.
