Paul Ferguson has two selections for us on Thursday; Book ‘Em Danno (14.20, Ffos) and Ainama (6.50, Kill). Compare odds and bet.
Impressive at Market Rasen just 12 days ago Book ‘Em Danno (2:20) can complete the hat-trick in the opening novice hurdle at Ffos Las on Thursday.
Peter Bowen’s chestnut wasn’t overly fluent over his obstacles last time, but the further he went the better he looked and he beat a useful rival easily in the end. With the step up in trip sure to suit, he should be hard to beat.
Over in at Ireland Ainama (6:50) can get off the mark at the third time of asking over fences in the beginners’ chase at Killarney.
The former Nicky Henderson trained seven-year-old was no match for the smart Mossey Joe on debut in May, before going down by a ¼ length to St Devote in June.
The selection would have won but for a mistake at the last that day and it will be disappointing if he fails to land this under ‘Slippers’ Madden.
Thursday’s selections:
2:20 Ffos Las Book ‘Em Danno
6:50 Killarney Ainama
