William Hill have trimmed Andy Murray from 7/1 to 5/1 to win the US Open, after he defeated Novak Djokovic at the Southern & Western. Despite running out of juice Djokovic is the 6/5 favourite with Nadal 3/1 and Roger Federer 9/2.
“Murray seems to be peaking at the perfect time and he is a genuine contender to win his first major,” said Hill’s spokesman Rupert Adams.
