Bookie William Hill have cut the price of Luke Donald winning in The Barclays this week from 12/1 to 11/1 following a surge of support including a four figure wager today. Others who have been backed include Matt Kuchar 25/1, Webb Simpson 25/1 and Nick Watney who is also 25/1.
“Donald is consistently one of the three best backed golfers in the field and as ever we are hoping he fails to deliver!” said Hill’s spokesman Rupert Adams.
