Live on Skysports 1: Thu 10.00: A new-look England team are 1/3 () to beat Ireland and Ben Stokes could be dangerous.
A different looking England squad travel to Dublin as 1/3 favs with to play Ireland in a one-off ODI and the visitors should have the edge over the Irish.
Ireland are 11/4 with Ladbrokes to spring a surprise but it must be noted that there are plenty of new (or newish) faces in the England squad, including Stokes, Bairstow and Taylor, so Ireland will be well up for the challenge.
Ben Stokes is one of those to look out for though. He is 15/2 to top score for England (Paddy Power) and his reputation as a big-hitter precedes him – if he gets a bat, he could be a good bet.
For Ireland, there is no one else to look for apart from the mighty slogger Kevin O’Brien, who is a brilliant 7/1 with Betfred to top score for the hosts.
Warwickshire’s Chris Woakes has to be backed to take the most wickets for England at 7/2 with William Hill after he took a brilliant 7 wickets for 20 runs in last week’s County Championships.
