Newly promoted Bury made a more than respectable start to life in League One last Saturday securing a deserved point at title-hopefuls Huddersfield and the Shakers pulled off an even more impressive feat on Tuesday by seeing off Championship Coventry 3-1 in the Carling Cup first round.
Richie Barker’s men will be buzzing then ahead of the visit of Carlisle to Gigg Lane and they can translate that confidence into a three-point haul, an outcome Blue Square offer at 5/4.
