Former Talksport man Charlie McCann picks out three to follow on the card at Chester on Sunday. View Selections below
There is a competitive card from Chester on Sunday including the listed Queensferry Stakes which is sure to be run at a fierce gallop with any number of front-runners in the race. Irish raider Rock Jock would be the tentative selection as long as he doesn’t get embroiled in a battle for the lead with Rose Blossom and Lexis Hero also likely to try and make all.
Shernando looks first choice from the Mark Johnston yard on jockey bookings in the finale but do keep an eye out for Montparnasse (5.45) having his first start for the yard having left Kevin Ryan following a serious of poor runs.
Owner Dr Marwan Koukash is unlikely to leave the Roodeye without a winner to his name and the selection looks very well handicapped on some of his form although the drop back in trip is a slight concern.
