Live on ESPN: Sun 23.15: Stan James make Chile 8/11 as they face Venezuela in the Copa America and Alexis Sanchez can find the target.
With two wins and a draw in their three Group C outings, Chile have been one of the most impressive performers in Copa America so far and Claudio Borghi’s troops are hard to oppose in the last eight, as they take on Venezuela.
The latter of course, have been no pushovers thus far, winning once and drawing twice in a tough pool but Chile have arguably been the most fluent attacking unit and they deserve to be favourites at 8/11 courtesy of Stan James.
Borghi’s charges are a tempting 12/5 (Paddy Power) to shade it by a one-goal margin and in a game that bet365 quote at 6/5 to produce goals for both teams, Sportingbet chalk 8/1 against a 2-1 victory for the Chileans in San Juan.
However, Coral’s 7/4 for Alexis Sanchez to get on the scoresheet at any stage is the game’s stand out wager. The Udinese striker, set for a big-money move to Barcelona according to rumours, was rested for the final group clash, against Peru so he will be raring to go ahead of this one and desperate to make an impact, he can add to his strike against Uruguay at some point.
Recommended Bets:
Alexis Sanchez to score at any time – 7/4 (Coral)
