Despite facing his toughest test since beginning his winning run in May Rajnagan (3:00) is fancied to complete the four-timer at Stratford this afternoon.
Paul Webber’s seven-year-old has been a revelation on quick ground in the past couple of months, winning easily at Uttoxeter twice and at Newton Abbot last time.
He started his winning sequence off a mark of 77, before scoring off 92 and 99, and he now must defy another 15lb rise as well as a step up in class.
The strong travelling chestnut looks up to the task, however, judged on his recent impressive victories.
