Arsenal’s trophy drought looks set to continue next season according to Ladbrokes, Wenger’s men just 1/3 for no trophies at all.
It’s 1/3 they fail to win a single item of silverware but the firm believe Wenger will keep his job quoting 4/9 he’s still at the helm for the first day of the 2012/2013 season.
Two of the summer’s biggest transfer stories also concern the club and Nasri has shortened again to leave (now 1/2 to have left by the end of the window). He’s 6/4 to stay.
Fabregas’ future looks less clear and the stay/go prices remain 5/6 each of two.
Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes said: “Both players look critical for the Gunners next season. We’ve seen money for them to finish outside the top four as punters preempt their departure.”
he added: “Even if they draw another blank we still expect Wenger to stick around.”
