Ladbrokes have slashed the odds on Guus Hiddink taking over as Manager of Chelsea from 4/6 to 1/5 today.
Hiddink opened up at 4/6 with the firm being forced to cut his price to 1/3 then 1/5 as money rolled in for him in response to claims that the Turkish FA will allow him to leave.
Mark Hughes was backed into 7/4 for the job over the weekend but eases to 5/1 in response to the Hiddink plunge.
Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes told betrescue.com : “Hiddink’s price has collapsed in a matter of hours. We have to tread carefully but it’s bearing the hallmarks of a done deal.”
