Rivals to Derby fav Carlton House continue to attract support for the Epsom Classic, with Coral today trimming Recital to 5-1 (from 11-2), and stablemate Memphis Tennessee to 20-1 (from 33-1).
“Connections of Carlton House look set to make a decision on the colt’s participation on Friday, and while punters have the safety net of backing the Royal runner non-runner no bet, it’s not surprising that several other runners have attracted support. The race would take on a whole new shape without the favourite, although that is something that hopefully will not be the case,” said Coral’s David Stevens.
