Live on BBC 1 & 2: Sat 14.30, 17.00 & Sun 15.00: With the return of the Six Nations, England are 1/2 (Paddy Power) to beat France.
The Six Nations returns this week with what could be the tournament decider as England and France face off at Twickenham. The two sides have both won their opening couple of fixtures but with home advantage, Martin Johnson’s troops are considered favourites by Paddy Power at 1/2 while Les Bleus are 15/8 (Betfred) to emerge triumphant.
After they hammered Italy so comprehensively on their own patch, it’s hard to see past England who are also the pick in the handicaps where they are 10/11 with Stan James to overhaul the visitors’ four-point start and the rampant Chris Ashton is bound to be well backed at 8/1 () to bag the first try of the contest.
In the weekend’s other games Wales are 10/11 with Betfred to cover a nine-point advantage in Italy and Totesport make Ireland the same price to be more than five points better than Scotland at Murrayfield.
