Paul Ferguson landed a brilliant 10/1 winner yesterday, a great start to the week, and goes for Iona Days today (2.30 Lei).
Though his form figures don’t inspire too much confidence, it maybe worth taking a chance on Iona Days (2:30) on his chase debut at Leicester on Tuesday.
Henrietta Knight’s charge has shown glimpses of promise in bumpers and over hurdles, but should come in to his own now he goes over fences.
The 2m trip may be on the sharp side for the six-year-old, but there should be plenty of pace on here and, like yesterday’s winning selection, he is worth a small investment at a decent price.
