Frankel remains the red-hot 4/5 fav (Coral) for the 2,000 Guineas, despite the Henry Cecil-trained colt sharing top rating in the World Thoroughbred Rankings with Dream Ahead, a 16/1 shot for the Newmarket Classic.
“The official handicappers may be unable to split Frankel and Dream Ahead, but we have no doubt who we rate more highly, and the former is very much the one to beat at Newmarket in our book,” said Coral’s David Stevens.
The unbeaten Frankel is also 6/1 favourite with Coral for the Investec Derby, and 8/1 for the Coral-Eclipse.
