England’s 6 Nations squad has been announced and they are 2/1 favs (Ladbrokes) to finish first in the competition starting 4th Feb.
Chris Ashton is the 2/1 favourite with Ladbrokes to be England’s top try scorer in the 2011 6 Nations.
The Northampton winger heads up the market with Mark Cueto the 5/1 second favourite. Nick Easter is the shortest price forward available at 25/1.
England’s most likely finishing position according to the bookmakers is first (2/1 favourite). It’s 5/1 England come second but the odds suggest England have a better chance of coming third (3/1).
Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes said: “We expect Ashton to be the top scorer and his tries will be crucial for England if they are to justify expectations and win the 6 nations.”
